2007 Man and Woman of the Year Contest

 

Nominate your outstanding club members for your club’s, and BAC’s, highest honor! 

Every club has those that go above and beyond in volunteering for their club and other snow sports activities.  Nominate your clubs finest for this great honor of being the BAC Man or Woman of the Year (MWOY) and the opportunity to represent BAC at the FWSA convention in June.

 

At the Far West level, one overall Man of the Year winner & one overall Woman of the Year winner each receive:

5 nights lodging plus 2 5-day lift tickets at Big White. 

Note: lodging & tickets are based on availability and restrictions may apply.

BAC Nominees and winners will receive a few 'gifts' (TBA) as well.

Entries must be submitted by March 20, 2007.  The entry form is based on activities from the last 3 years (June 2004 - June 2007).  Nominees will need to complete most of the form themselves.  Nominee interviews will be late March or early April.

Contest Schedule:

February 10, 2007       Forms for club nominations will be available on the BAC Website and sent electronically to registered BAC representatives.  Download form in Word format here.   MS Word 2002 format

March 20, 2007           Nominations are due to the BAC (Linda Indreboe), either by email (preferred), snail mail or FAX.  

Late March/Early April, 2007    A panel of BAC judges will personally interview the club Nominees.

April 2007                    Winners will be announced at the BAC General meeting.

June 2007                     Council winners will compete for the FWSA Council’s Man & Woman of the Year award at the 75th Annual Far West Convention in Santa Clara, CA
