Greetings Club Reps,
Would you like to help your club members save 15-30% ($10-$20) off lift ticket window prices in most cases? Also enjoy the convenience of direct to lift tickets in most cases and avoid lift ticket lines.
This season 2011-2012 adult lift ticket window prices are estimated to range for holiday rates ($95 Northstar at Tahoe - Heavenly / $94 Squaw Valley / $82 Sugar Bowl / $77 Sierra at Tahoe) to regular non-holiday rates ($91 Northstar at Tahoe - Heavenly / $90 Squaw Valley / $77 Sugar Bowl / $74 Sierra at Tahoe).
Latest version of BAC Discount Lift Ticket Club Consolidated Order Form and BAC Discount Lift Ticket Individual Club Member Order Form are also now available on the BAC website at www.skibac.org/documents/Discount_Lift_Ticket_Program.htm or visit www.skibac.org and select Discount Lift Tickets from the left navigation menu.
To assist you in this task, there are two files: one is the Club Consolidated Order form you will use to place your club's consolidated order with the BAC; the other is a customized Individual Club Member Order form you may use to collect your individual club members' orders. If you use the Microsoft Excel versions of these forms, you can type on the form and the Excel spreadsheet will automatically calculate the totals for you. * If you use the Adobe pdf versions of these forms, you can't type on the form & must print out the form instead & perform your own calculations.
** This year BAC will accept individual checks made payable to BAC since the resort pricing was delayed. Please note that your club will still need to collect all of the individual checks and turn them in with the completed club consolidated order form.
Your Club Consolidated Order must be postmarked no later than November 17 to Sandy Kiyomura, 18 Cheshire Court, Alameda, CA 94502. Absolutely no late orders will be accepted.
Prior to that, please distribute the Individual Club Member Order form to your members and change the due date and contact information to your contact information. You will collect and tally your orders. * *** You must notify Sandy Kiyomura at skiyomura@gmail.com with BAC Lift Ticket in subject line when you put the Consolidated Club Order in the mail to her. If possible, attach the completed Club Consolidated Order form to this email.
As a rep, you may be entitled to purchase comp tickets at a very reduced price (depending on your sales). This is a way to "reward" you for your efforts. Also, sales of these tickets is a fundraiser to help BAC to achieve its vision and goals. We charge $1 to purchase the ticket and $2 for a repurchase (plus any increase in ticket price from last year). You can see that the savings are substantial.
I have included the a sample email below which you should feel free to modify and send out to your club members now.
** Please be sure to add your club deadline/rep contact info to both the email and the BAC Discount Lift Ticket Individual Club Member Order Form that you should attach to your email.
Lift tickets ordered by November 17 are expected be distributed to the club reps at the December 5, 2011, BAC General Meeting. There is no guarantee tickets will be available before December 5.
Only BAC Clubs who have paid their dues and have submitted their officer’s rosters to the BAC will be allowed to participate in the BAC’s 2011-2012 Discount Lift Ticket Purchase Program. If your club has not submitted either, be prepared to deliver these items with your lift ticket order.

The BAC Corporate Discount Lift Tickets are good any day all season long. Many tickets can be returned for credit towards next year’s program.
Furthermore, with the adult corporate discount lift ticket there are some additional Bonus Benefits such as free nonholiday weekday rentals + 2 hour lesson (Sugar Bowl) or lodging discount at The Village at Squaw Valley and Exchange Options such as Adult Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package (Sierra at Tahoe) or Adult /young adult 1st Time Skier/ Snowboarder Package (Squaw Valley).
